NewGrok joins the engine set — 5 engines, up to 1,500 grounded answers a month

AI knows the Winner.

SolvedAgain asks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok the questions your buyers actually type — up to 100 of them, live web search on — measures your answer share, then goes to work moving it. Month after month.

No demo call. No onboarding week. No card required — your first report ships today, and every number traces to a stored AI answer.

You approve the buyer questions — we ask every engine, grounded.

Three samples each. Every raw answer stored, every citation kept.

A structured pass reads out mentions, ranks and cited domains.

It resolves into your Share of AI Voice — traceable to the answer.

The evidence chain

Every loss comes with the receipt.

We don't hand you a score and wish you luck. For every question you lose, the report shows the answer the AI gave, the page it actually cited, and the specific fix — a chain you can follow from symptom to cause to action.

  1. The question

    “Best expense platform for startups?”

One of 20 buyer-intent questions you approved — asked 3 times per engine, live web search on.

  2. What the AI cited

    A third-party “best of” roundup

The answer named three competitors — and cited a roundup page you're not listed in. We fetch that exact page as evidence.

  3. The diagnosis

    Authority gap

Fix: get listed in the specific roundup the AI is already citing. One gap type, one fix, evidence attached.

Illustrative example, not a real audit — your report shows your own questions and evidence.

How it works

  1. 1

We generate your questions — you approve them

Claude writes buyer-intent questions across four types: best-of, comparison, problem-led, and category-explainer. 20 on the one-time audit, up to 100 on subscription plans — and you review every one before anything runs.

  2. 2

We ask the answer engines, grounded

Each question goes to every engine on your tier — ChatGPT and Claude on the standard audit; Gemini, Perplexity and Grok join on Full Coverage — three times each, with live web search on. That measures the live assistant, not stale training data.

  3. 3

We measure your Share of AI Voice

We extract every brand mention and cited domain from every stored answer. Then we compute six metrics: Share of AI Voice, mention rate, average rank, recommendation rate, citation share, and volatility.

  4. 4

We tell you why you lose

For every question a competitor wins and you don't, we fetch the page the AI actually cited. We classify why — content, format, authority, freshness, or schema/entity — and hand you the fix.

What you get

Four deliverables. No dashboard to babysit.

  1. 01

    The Scorecard

Your Share of AI Voice against up to 4 competitors, per engine, grounded and labeled.

  2. 02

    The Question Table

Every buyer question — won, lost, or absent — with the actual AI answers stored and readable.

  3. 03

    The Fix Plan

Every loss diagnosed by gap type, with the cited competitor page attached as evidence.

  4. 04

    The 90-Day Action Plan

Pages to create, roundups to pursue, technical fixes — prioritized, quick wins first.

What we measure

Mention rate
How often your brand comes up at all, across every sample.
Share of AI Voice
Your mentions divided by every tracked brand's mentions — your actual slice of the answer.
Average rank
Where you land among the brands named, on the samples where you show up.
Recommendation rate
How often a mention is a real endorsement, not just a name-check.
Citation share
How many of the sources the AI cited are yours.
Volatility
How much the 3 samples disagreed — shown, not hidden.
Unprompted visibility
Your numbers on questions that name no tracked brand — the way a cold buyer asks. Questions that name you or a competitor are scored separately, so they never inflate it.
Source Map
Every domain the engines cited, ranked by how many answers cited it — the sources that actually decide your category's answers, and your outreach list for getting into them.
Recognition ladder
Mention rate by question specificity, from branded questions down to fully generic ones. The deepest rung where you're still named is your recognition boundary.

New · inside view (early access)

The outside view proves they cite you. The inside view proves they crawl you.

Everything above measures answer engines from the outside. We're opening the other half: a first-party log of which AI crawlers actually fetch your pages — GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot and the rest — read straight from your own edge, where an outside probe can't see. Joined to the citation view you already get, the gaps get specific.

  • Surfacing

Crawled and cited. The loop works — keep the page fresh.

  • Read, not cited

They fetch the page but don't quote it. Not a visibility problem — an authority one.

  • Stale memory

Cited with no recent crawl and no live fetch — the model is quoting training data. Editing the page won't change the answer. Only the two views together catch this.

  • Invisible

Neither crawled nor cited. Start with robots.txt.

Early access, and honest about it. Server logs prove a crawler fetched a page, never that a model cited it — the inside view only means something joined to the outside one. It needs a lightweight beacon on your site (one file; nothing that touches your visitors) and shows real numbers only once your pages start logging hits.

Ask about early access →

Beyond tracking

Tracking tells you the score. We tell you why.

Most AEO trackers stop at a score. SolvedAgain fetches the page the AI actually cited, figures out what beat you, and hands you the fix — evidence attached, one gap type per loss.

  • Content gap

You don't have a page that actually answers the question.

Fix: publish the page that's missing, titled the way buyers actually ask it.

  • Format gap

The content exists, but not in a shape the AI can lift — no table, no list, no clean structure.

Fix: rebuild the page as a comparison table or ranked list the AI can quote directly.

  • Authority gap

The AI is citing a third-party "best X" roundup, and you're not listed in it.

Fix: get listed in the specific roundup the AI is already citing.

  • Freshness gap

The competitor's page is newer or more recently updated than yours.

Fix: update the page's content and its published date — both matter.

  • Schema / entity gap

The AI can't tell what you are — no structured data, no clear product entity.

Fix: add schema.org markup and a clear entity definition for your product.

The improvement loop

Trackers stop at the chart. We close the loop.

Measurement is the start, not the product. Every month on a subscription plan, your audit re-runs itself, the diagnosis updates, the plan re-prioritizes — and on Command, our agent-powered studio executes the fixes and the next run proves whether they moved.

  1. 01

    Measure

Up to 100 buyer questions across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok — 3 samples each, live web search on, every answer stored.

  2. 02

    Diagnose

Every loss classified — content, format, authority, freshness, or schema — with the page the AI actually cited attached as evidence.

  3. 03

    Improve

The 90-day plan turns into work: pages to publish, roundups to enter, schema to add. On Command, we execute it for you.

  4. 04

    Prove it

Next month's automatic re-run shows the delta — share, rank, questions flipped from lost to won. Movement, not vanity charts.

The loop compounds: each month's fixes become next month's baseline. That's the difference between a subscription that reports and one that earns its line item.

Under the hood

Built like an instrument, not a dashboard.

Measurement you'd bet budget on has to be engineered. This is the exact pipeline that runs when you click start — and when it runs on your audit, you watch these stages go green live.

Spec sheet

Sampling
3 answers per question per engine — a single run can't tell signal from noise. When samples disagree, the report says so; volatility is a metric, never averaged away.
Grounding
Live web search on every query. An ungrounded answer measures training data, not the live assistant — so each answer carries its grounded flag.
Idempotency
Every (question, engine, sample) unit runs exactly once. Interrupted runs resume; plan upgrades top up in place instead of starting over.
Traceability
Every number on the report links back to a stored raw answer you can open and read.
Engine layer
All five assistants sit behind one interface. When the next answer engine matters to buyers, adding it is a registry entry, not a rewrite.
Throughput
Up to 1,500 grounded answers a month on Command — 100 questions × 5 engines × 3 samples, re-run automatically.

We're new to this market on purpose — the instrument is built for how answer engines work now, not retrofitted from an SEO rank tracker. Same class of results, a fraction of the price, live from day one.

Why “SolvedAgain”

SEO solved this problem once. We're solving it again.

Twenty years ago the question was “does Google rank you?” — and the businesses that answered it early won a decade of customers. Today your buyers ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, and the answer names three brands instead of ten blue links. Same problem — be the answer when a buyer asks — new mechanism. We measure the new mechanism directly.

Then

Ten blue links and rank trackers — and an industry that earned its snake-oil reputation selling promises nobody could verify.

Now

One answer, a few brands named, sources cited. Your share of those answers is directly measurable — and most brands have never measured it.

The difference

No promises, no black-box visibility index. Every number is computed from stored AI answers you can read — and we run this instrument on our own brands before we sell it to you.

Methodology

Nothing on this report is invented.

  • Every number traces to an answer

Each score links back to a stored AI answer you can open and read. Nothing is aggregated into a black-box index you have to take on faith.

  • Grounded, and labeled

An ungrounded answer only reflects what the model memorized in training, not what a buyer sees today. We run every question with live web search on and label each answer grounded or not, so you always know what a number measures.

  • Volatility, shown

Each question runs 3 times per engine, because AI answers vary. When the samples disagree, the report says so instead of averaging the disagreement away.

45% of B2B buyers used generative AI during a recent purchase (Gartner, 2026) — this report shows whether that conversation includes you.

Frequently asked questions

Is this SEO?

No. SEO optimizes for search engine rankings; SolvedAgain measures and improves whether AI assistants mention and recommend you when they answer a buyer's question directly. The two overlap — the pages that win AI citations are often well-structured, authoritative pages — but ranking first on Google doesn't guarantee ChatGPT & Claude cite you.

Who is SolvedAgain built for?

Small and medium-sized businesses, first and deliberately. The enterprise AI-visibility platforms sell contracts behind demo calls and onboarding weeks; we built the same class of measurement — grounded queries, per-engine breakdowns, evidence-backed diagnosis — to be self-serve and priced for teams without an enterprise budget. We're a young company growing our brand the same way we tell you to grow yours: by proving value, run after run. Working with businesses like yours is exactly how we plan to do it.

Which AI engines do you query?

ChatGPT and Claude on the standard audit; Full Coverage adds Gemini, Perplexity and Grok. Every answer is grounded with live web search. The engine layer is built to add assistants as they matter to buyer research.

Why do results vary between runs?

Because AI answers are probabilistic, not lookups. We ask each question 3 times per engine and report when the samples disagreed instead of averaging it away — that's the volatility metric. Treat every report as a dated snapshot, not a permanent score.

One-time or monthly — which should I pick?

One-time if you want a diagnosis: $199 runs the full 20-question audit on ChatGPT and Claude, $450 covers all five engines. Monthly if you want the number to move: Track ($249/mo) re-runs 20 questions across all five engines every month with a movement delta, Grow ($495/mo) widens that to 50 questions, and Command ($950/mo) runs 100 questions and includes implementation — we execute the fix plan for you. Every path starts with the same free scorecard.

How long does it take?

About 20 minutes from submitting your setup to a finished report on the standard audit — generating your questions, asking every engine on your tier 3 times each with live web search on, then scoring and diagnosing the results automatically once you approve the question set. Bigger question sets (50 or 100 on subscription plans) take proportionally longer, and monthly re-runs happen on their own.

What happens after I get the fix plan?

You get a prioritized list of gaps, ordered by effort, each with the evidence and the specific fix — a page to write, a format to rebuild, a listicle to pursue, schema to add. Run it yourself, hand it to your team — or move to Command ($950/mo) and we execute it for you, then re-measure monthly to prove it moved.
